The Bond Market Foundation has created www.louisiana.tomorrowsmoney.org and www.ahorrando.org -- a suite of 5 non-profit websites to give people basic, easily-accessible information on personal finance concepts—including confidence-, motivation-, knowledge- and skill-building—in order to help people begin to save and to invest. The sites offer uniquely-tailored information for women, young people, Spanish-speaking Americans, and people who have recently suffered an unexpected change such as the loss of a spouse or job. There is a section for Louisiana residents that provides additional resources to help you address your own personal financial situation.
